Our Story
Baan Siam — House of Siam — was founded in 2019 by chef Naree Tangsiri, who spent her childhood in Chiang Rai before training in Bangkok's fine dining kitchens. Every recipe is drawn from memory, refined through craft.
The kitchen uses no pre-made pastes. Every curry base is prepared daily by hand. The result is food that tastes like it was made for you — because it was.
